Content on this website is general information about roofing and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. It is not legal, insurance or financial advice.

No insurance guarantees

Insurance coverage and claim decisions are made solely by your insurer under your policy. We do not guarantee claim approval, coverage, settlement or reimbursement.

Estimates

Submitting a request does not create a contract. Any work is subject to a separate written agreement.

The estimate and quick forms request permission to contact you about your enquiry. Free roof inspections include a photo report. Optional photos help describe the issue; they do not replace an inspection.

Booking and contact

An optional inspection time is checked against our Google Calendar before an appointment is created. If a time is unavailable, choose another or ask us to arrange a time. The quick form's preferred day is a request, not a confirmed appointment.

Our phone is answered 24/7 and emergency roof tarping is offered 24/7. Arrival depends on safe working conditions and availability; this is not an arrival-time guarantee.

Website information and privacy

Enquiries are stored and emailed to our lead inbox. Optional eligible photos are email attachments, and chosen bookings create calendar appointments. Google Analytics measures visits and contact actions; UTM tags, gclid, referrer and landing-page information may accompany your enquiry. A separate Google Ads conversion tag is not configured in the website code. See our Privacy Policy for details and the unconfirmed retention arrangements.
