Free roof inspection, with a photo report of what we find.
Start with what you've noticed
A drip in the attic, a stain on a bedroom ceiling or shingle pieces in the yard after a windy night are all worth mentioning when you request an estimate. Knowing when the problem shows up, and where, helps the inspection go straight to the likely source.
When you talk to roofers in Granite City, ask each one to explain the cause of the problem they found and exactly what their estimate includes. A clear written scope makes it easier to compare options fairly.

The 16 May 2025 tornado is the event most Granite City homeowners remember, but the May 2024 hail hit far more roofs. Both are still inside most claim windows.
Fixing a problem area
Leaks often begin where something passes through the roof or where two surfaces meet: vent pipes, chimneys, skylights and wall joints. A roof repair focused on that spot may be enough, provided the decking and nearby shingles are still sound.
When replacement is worth discussing
Repeated leaks in different places, widespread granule loss or curling shingles can point to a roof that is wearing out as a whole. In that case we'll talk through roof replacement alongside repair, and explain the reasons for each option.
