Free roof inspection, with a photo report of what we find.
Why homeowners choose CertainTeed
CertainTeed is a long-established North American manufacturer of roofing and siding products. Many homeowners like being able to use one manufacturer across their roof and exterior, and we already install CertainTeed products on Metro East homes. Whether it suits your house depends on your roof, the look you want and your budget, which is what the inspection is for.
What a CertainTeed roof install with us includes
Materials and warranties
We install CertainTeed products.
CertainTeed's qualifying residential shingle lines carry a lifetime limited warranty from CertainTeed as the manufacturer. Coverage terms, exclusions and transferability are set by CertainTeed, not by us, and depend on the product line and how the roof is installed.
Lifetime workmanship warranty on asphalt shingle roofs, transferable to a new owner one time
This covers the quality of the installation itself, separate from the manufacturer's product warranty.
We are insured.
The full replacement process — tear-off, deck checks, installation and cleanup — is explained on our roof replacement page.
Lifetime Warranty on Shingle Roofs
Lifetime workmanship warranty on asphalt shingle roofs, transferable to a new owner one time. That is Hail Mary Roofing & Exteriors’ warranty on our own work. It is separate from any manufacturer warranty, which is provided and set by CertainTeed.
Start with a free roof inspection
Every roof inspection is free and comes with a photo report, so you can see the condition of your roof before deciding on anything.
