Information we collect

The estimate form collects your name, phone, property ZIP code or city, service requested, optional email and message, preferred contact method and optional inspection time. The quick form collects your name, phone, ZIP code or city and optional preferred day. Both record your consent, submission page and time.

First-touch campaign information (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, referrer, landing_page) is kept in browser session storage when available and included with your enquiry. A gclid is a Google Ads click identifier; capturing it does not itself send a Google Ads conversion.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond by your chosen contact method, arrange free roof inspections with photo reports and provide estimates. Enquiries are stored securely and sent to our lead inbox through Resend. Delivery records help prevent duplicate requests and follow up on failed emails. Replies use the customer email when supplied; otherwise we use phone or text.

Optional photos and calendar booking

The inspection form accepts up to three optional photos. Supported images are resized in your browser. Eligible photos are attached to the lead email, not stored as image data in the enquiry database. Unsupported or oversized attachments may need to be sent separately. The quick and callback forms do not request photos.

Choosing an available inspection window checks our Google Calendar and creates an appointment with your contact and enquiry details. If you do not choose a time, we contact you to arrange one.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is configured on the production domains to measure page views, successful enquiries and phone or email clicks. Google may use cookies or similar technology. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, photos and message contents are not included in these analytics events. Tracking can be restricted by your browser settings.

No separate Google Ads conversion tag is currently configured in this website's code. Whether Analytics conversions are imported into a Google Ads account is not established by the website configuration.

Retention and contact

Enquiry records, delivery records, email attachments and calendar appointments may remain in the services used to manage your request. No fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule has been confirmed. Contact us about access, corrections or deletion; applicable requirements and service limitations need review before relying on this draft.

Our phone line is answered 24/7 for enquiries and emergency roof tarping. This website does not establish a call-recording policy.
