Madison County roof repair
Most roof problems start small: a cracked pipe boot, flashing pulling away at a chimney or wall, or a few shingles lifted by wind. Caught early, these are usually straightforward to fix. Our roof repair service finds the source of the leak rather than just patching the stain you can see.
Repair or replace?
We look at the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is and whether problems keep coming back. If a targeted repair will do the job, we'll say so. If the roof is near the end of its life, we'll explain why a roof replacement may be the better use of your money, and show you what we found.
We also serve St. Clair County. See all of our service areas.
After a storm, see our storm damage roof repair page, call for 24/7 emergency roof tarping if water is getting in, and read how we help with the insurance process.
Lifetime workmanship warranty on asphalt shingle roofs, transferable to a new owner one time; 10-year workmanship warranty on all other work.
