What we check
- Roof surface: shingles or panels on each slope, including lifted, creased, bruised or missing material
- Flashing around chimneys, walls, skylights and valleys
- Vents and pipe boots, including cracked seals and dents
- Gutters and downspouts, including dents, sagging and granules collecting at outlets
- The attic side, if it is accessible, for stains, damp decking and signs of leaks
What you get
- Photos of what we found on the roof
- Written findings explaining the condition of the roof in plain language
- A repair or replacement estimate only if it's needed. If the roof is fine, we tell you that.
When to book one
