Roof repair in St. Clair County
Lifted shingles, loose flashing and cracked vent boots are common sources of leaks. A roof repair that addresses the real cause can stop the problem without replacing the whole roof, as long as the surrounding materials are in good shape.
Deciding between repair and replacement
We weigh how much of the roof is affected, its general condition and whether earlier repairs have held. When a roof replacement is the better choice, we explain why and show you the evidence, so the decision stays yours.
